Monitoring & Updating & Reporting Weekly the Variance and its Reasons with Recommendations
Establishing Requirements System that Determine the Resources Required Classified according to the suppliers of Planned Work Items for 3 Months ahead against the Expected Income
Monitoring the Payments against the Annual Sales Targets of each Project
Analysis of Work Tasks and Develop Work Procedures
Developing an Income Tracking System
Estimates for Bids
Developing Indexes for Different Parameters that represent its Sensitivity
Sharing in the Preparation Sessions for the ERP System
