Our work is clossing the invoices from purchasing doing pricing, put item code for the material that they are purchased and sent it to our store or to transit area if the item not in our systems it should be new I was opening new item code after that when I finished from MID (material identifcation department ) this department I put the item code as class, group, keyword, manufacture and reference in two systems UNIX and ERP oracle then I do store-in for this material as stock if we put it in the store or I do it as store in/ store out to issue for the other site of the dpartments in the project. Some material need merging two items in one correct item, doing correction for the item codes about the mterials, and adjustment in quantity and pricing if I found the mistake in this materials. Also I’m working as supervisor for the inventory that doing two times in year we have mid-term in a half of year thats only in systems but in the end of the year it should be actualy counting from storekeepers than bring the count sheet to uor dpartment to begin checking and solve the problems before I enter this correct actual quantity to our systems. After I finish from entering to all quantity stock materials in the systems I bigin doing posting and printing to get out th variance report for this inventory, at the end when I took the approve from the company to do the last posting for this inventory I do it to be the quantity correct as what I entered in systems . also I was printing the labels for the stock materials that we put it in shelves on our store, also I was doing bin locations for this materials, transfering, and dummy for the items that we are not used .
