Design review of tender drawings and subsequent bill of quantities review

Preparation of Marshall mix design (HMA) and PCC mix design as per project specifications
Selection of the soil backfill and drainage fill
Consistent follow-up and inspection on the excavation and fill material used in the trenches for all underground systems as Sewerage system, Fire Fighting system, Storm water drainage system and Potable water system
Consistent follow-up on the excavation and fill used in the trenches for Underground Medium Voltage Wiring and data cabling system
Execution and check upon the Dewatering system to lower the GW table and selection of the Drainage fill material used under foundations of buildings

Consistent check on all the activities in the construction site with management of labor and machinery
Execution and evaluation of horizontal and vertical alignments of roads
Supervision and Execution upon Subgrade, Subbase, Asphalt and all kind of Backfilling, Excavation and Trenching works
Issuance of all related construction forms and submittals to the consultant
Implementation of all laboratory test reports of soil and aggregates according to ASTM test methods
Synchronization of Civil works with other utilities such as Underground Medium Voltage Electrical Cables, Data Cables, Mechanical Piping System, Box culverts
Daily check on work progress and scheduling of labor and machinery
Lab tests and quality control of the materials used in HMA, Base course and Subgrade embankment
Designing of different segments in the site and their execution
Coordination with the consultant and subcontractors and keeping the check upon cash inflows and outflows
Scheduling and planning the activities using Primavera
Construction of Different Road Networks in Uptown Lahore City
