• Review Shop drawings, Method of statement, Inspection & Test Plan specifications and plan etc. related to site work. Co-ordinate with other departments and resolve anticipated problems. Co-ordinate/assist in all construction activities under execution.
• Regular follow up with the contractor regarding any clarification of drawings required for the execution of work.
• Liaise and daily follow up with the contractor QC group for all on-site inspections and/or testing requirements to maintain speed of the project, as decided by the management without compromising the quality of the work at any stage of the project.
• Identify and report to the Resident Engineer if any conflicts on site.
• To conduct daily site, walk and monitor work methods against inspection & test plan and QA/QC system. Raise NCR’s & propose corrective measures in conjunction with RE & relevant site staff and follow up for rectification and corrective action
• Inspection for all type of utilities works wet utilities and dry utilities like surface water, foul sewer, potable water, TSE, Telecommunication, electrical works, street light etc. Micro Tunnelling, Precast Items and (Hard & Soft) Landscaping.
• Supervise all Site related test as per requirement of project, such as Air Test, Hydro Test, Mandrill Test, spark test etc.
• Micro tunneling work for surface water and foul sewer line of 2400mm dia. and 400 mm dia. Grouting work, Air Test, spark test for HDPE liner
• all aspects of supervision activities, closely follow up the proper execution of works and ensure site team attendance at site as per client requirement/satisfaction
• Pipe laying and testing for pressure line like TSE and Potable water line.

• Performing all work in accordance with the Method of Statement / Prevailing Project Quality control standards
• Inspection of all road related works.
• Inspection for safety arrangements prior to execute the works.
• Inspection of gullies connection to manholes etc. Including chambers installation works for manholes and gullies connections to manholes and catch pit.
• Inspection for all type of utilities works wet utilities like TSE, Storm water, potable water and foul sewer etc. as well as dry utilities Ooredoo, QAF, LV/MV etc. including chambers installation works for manholes and connection with pipes hardscapes work like gravel filling, interlock works and installation of curb stones
• Monitoring of approved Asphalt laying temperature paving plan and rolling pattern.
• Maintaining daily records of Asphalt laying, core cutting and evenness test and lab test results in Co-ordination with material team.
• Inspection of hardscapes work like gravel filling; interlock works and installation of curb stones.
• Ensuring site safety practices and the progress of the work and reporting any safety violation to concerned HSE Authorities through observation note.
• Liaise and daily follow up with the contractor QC group for all on-site inspections and/or testing requirements to maintain speed of the project, as decided by the management without compromising the quality of the work at any stage of the project.
• Conduct inspection of materials received at site and ensures materials to be used shall conform to contract plans and specifications/QCS-2014.

• Preparing strip chart for all the utilities.
• Inspection for safety arrangements prior to execute the works.
• Co-ordinate/assist in all construction activities under execution. Ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract scope of work, technical specifications and contract quality plan.
• Inspection for all type of utilities works wet utilities like TSE, Storm water, potable water and foul sewer, gully connection to manholes etc. Including chambers installation works for manholes and gullies connections to manholes and catch pit
• Verifying the site conditions prior to start of construction activities.
• Co-ordinate/assist in all construction activities under execution.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract scope of work, technical specifications and contract quality plan as it applies to civil construction job.

• Responsible for Flexible Pavement work which includes Sub-Base, Base Course, Asphalt/ Bituminous layer, etc. in accordance with the Method statement/Prevailing Project Quality Control Standards/ Contract Administration Procedures Manual.
• Responsible for all in situ test and approvals of Sub-Base, Base Course, Asphalt
• Monitoring of approved Asphalt laying temperature paving plan and rolling pattern.
• Maintaining daily records of Asphalt laying, core cutting and evenness test and lab test results in Co-ordination with material team.
• Pre-construction planning and Preparation of material requirements for construction activities.
• Planning for procurement of required construction material.
• Managing construction work in coordination with approved shop drawing, approved materials, and specifications.
• Review of all certification and documentation of third parties to ensure validity and compliance with specifications, inspection test plans.
• Follow up with quality team regarding approval and closure of Inspection Request.
• Coordinate field inspection activities of Project and Third-Party Inspection agencies.
• Review of Construction drawings, specifications and plan etc. related to site work.
• Reporting of site Obstruction/ Issues to concern Lead
• Preparation of Inspection Request for daily construction activities.

• Closely monitor site activities and fully coordinate with Project Manager on daily basis issues on site. Verifying the quality of material delivered at site.
• Following up with inspectors, supervising contractors, work to ensure that it is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, maintaining quality parameters with the construction standards.
• Execute all type of civil works (RC foundations, grade beams, columns, water tanks, roof slabs and finishing works) as per construction schedule under quality and safety objectives.
• Review of Construction drawings, specifications and plan etc. related to site work. Co-ordinate with other departments and resolve anticipated problems
• Coordinating with Architects, MEP Engineers, intimating the problem and giving necessary guidance for proper coverage to follow up with the submittals and supervision.
• Routine and pre pour inspection of construction activities including finishing works to check its conformity with drawings and specifications etc. Site instruction and Non-conformance reports and follow up for corrective and preventive actions.
• To arrange and ordering materials as per site requirements. To look after concrete pouring arrangements as per quality required and machineries and supervision as per client.
• Monitors sub contractor’s progress of work in project construction according to specification in time and within the budget. Coordinates with sub-contractors and follow up their respective work.
• Carry out joint inspections with consultant and obtain approval for works.
• Attend the weekly progress and technical meeting with the client and consultants.
• Effective co- ordination and follow up with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors and inspection agencies.
