Developed/Coordinate / participate in HSE Education Training Programmes on various topics as per project requirement to create awareness. Including QRA, & SIMOPs, PTW, and STOP, SOC &BBS training arrangement for senior staff.
Prepare / Review JSA, Risk Assessments and other Risk Management practices as outlined in the Site HSE manual
Performing Audit and Inspections for contractor HSE performances and their adherence to HSE contractual obligations.
Identifying hazardous materials, unsafe conditions/acts, advising on effective measures to prevent loss/damage and developing safe working method.
Prepared internal safety audit plan, conduction of audit, facilitate the audit team & follow up of corrective actions, preparation of audit report and submit the report to the Management for continual improvement
Conducting’s Inspections: - Work Environment, Vehicle inspections, Occupational Health, Personal protective equipment, Equipment’s inspection, Power tools & Hand tools, Toolbox Talks, Work site, Lifting equipment’s & Tackles, Housekeeping Inspection, Firefighting equipment’s, Scaffolding, First aid Inspection, Excavation, Camp & Catering, Hygiene inspection and Permit to work
Conduct/Participate in Emergency Mock Drill on time, Update Emergency response Plan (ERP).
Conduct/Attend regular meetings with Client /Contractors representatives to discuss/agree safety standards, concerns & potential hazards.
Interface with area Engineers /superintendents on a daily basis to understand what field activities are to be performed in order to provide site safety coverage for safe completion of work activities.
Provide leadership and guidance on continued development and implementation of HSE within Construction &
Shutdown Activities like Tie-In, Hot Tapping etc.
Organizing weekly & monthly HSE meetings in order to verify the implementation of HSE requirements. Organizing and conducting Safety awareness Campaigns.
Performed daily, weekly and monthly inspection as part of the HSE Programme and review monthly safety performance of projects gives award and recommends based on safety output.
Leading and coordinating Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis of the Accidents and Near misses to recommend the corrective and preventive measures.
