• Supervising QAQC various activities associated with execution of Infrastructures construction, such as, storm water, potable water, faul sewer, ducts for light street pole, UGN, Telecom wire layout, backfilling concreting, reinforcement etc.
• Site Work like maintaining DPR and DLR, RFI, MIR.LOG for site activities.
• Laying of PIPE line like storm water, PW, FS DCN, TSE, Road etc.as per the Services MEP
(Plumbing)Drawings.
• Casted 1000 no of MANHOLES, Ducts and chambers.
• Client handling while giving pre and post concrete checks
90, 000 m2 are of amazing office building in India which includes Excavation and Backfilling, Precast elements structures, MEP works, Glass finishing works, Tiles, Wooden door, Aluminum penal, Elevators, False ceiling works, Outside drainage and Utilities works, Road works, Compound wall
• Handling work force on site, running construction and civil works as per the schedule & ensure timely completion of assigned duties correctly.
• Resolve any workplace dispute & arrange any necessary material and manpower.
• Reports daily activity reports to project manager and update uses availability of material daily avoid to backlogs.
• Coordinate with main contractors and QAQC to run work smoothly &efficiently, Raised inspection of completed works.
• Attend weekly meeting with other staff and manager to discuss regarding works progress and solve problems which are effectively site works on site etc.
