• Prepare & Update Request for inspection (RFI) for All work activities as per Project
standards & specifications.
• Prepare and update the Request for Inspection for all various civil work activities
like Underground existing utilities (Trial pits), surveying & setting out, Trial mix
concrete, Cube test sample (7 days & 28 days for compressive strength test).
• Prepare and Update the Request for Inspection (RFI) for cable trench Excavation,
sand bedding, Pipe laying, backfilling & Compaction as per AFC Drawings.

• Prepare and update the RFI for Excavation of Pole foundations, form work,
pole installation, pole alignment & final setting out.
• Prepare the RFI for Concrete Duct Banks for Excavation, Shuttering, Concreting &
Bitupaint primer application, Backfilling and submit Inspection request Document to
the client for Approval & Update Log sheet.
• Prepare and Update the RFI for HDD Works (Horizontal Directional Drilling) for
survey, setting out, Exit & entry pit excavation, pilot hole drilling, reaming
pipe jointing & pipe pulling and submit RFI document to the client for Approval.
• Prepare & Update the RFI for RMU (Ring Main Unit) Beam & Slab, Shuttering,
reinforcement, Anchor bolts fixing & concreting and submit to the client for Approval &
Update RFI logs.
• Prepare request for inspection for Survey setting out, Excavation, Blinding, Formwork,
rebar works & Concrete of cable joint bay and submit to the client.
• Prepare & Update Inspection request logs for all work activities.
• Co-ordination with QAQC management team for preparing inspection and generation of
check lists for various construction activities.
• Prepare RFI (Request for Inspection) for daily work Activities and Attach with
Checklists, Survey record sheets, Site photographs & Approved shop drawings on
submission time.
• Prepare & update Material Inspection Request log.
• Witnessed for concrete cube tests with Third party laboratory for compressive strength
test reports.
• Prepare & Update the Prequalification documents & Material Submittal Documents with
the attachments of vendor documents.
• Prepare & Update the Third-Party Test Report Logs & Maintain the Records.
• Prepare and update the Method statement, Inspection test plan for all work activities as
project standards & specifications.
• Maintained and updated QA/QC logs, reports, and Documentation as per ISO Standards.
• Prepare and Update the Key Performance Indicator for all design deliverable documents.
• Prepare & Update the QA/QC Weekly Progress Report for weekly basis on submission
time.
• Prepare & update the QA/QC Monthly Quality management system report on monthly
basis.
• Closure of Non-conformance Reports raised by the client after rectifying the works
at site.
• Complying with QCS-2014 including Qatar Energy Standards where applicable
• Prepare & Update the Third-party logs & Maintain Records for Laboratory test reports.

• Report Non-Conformances for the ongoing activities on site.
• Support the Project Manager and QA/QC Team in implementing and monitoring the
Project Quality.
• Support the QA/QC Team in Documentation & inspection.
• Co-ordinate with clients and internal teams during inspections and quality walkthroughs.

• Ensure that all the activities at site comply standards.
• Ensure to Submit on daily basis the Third-Party test records for all the tests performed
on site and inspected by the Consultant.
• Prepare and update the Inspection Request log on daily basis as per the site works.
• Prepare and update the key Performance Indicator for all materials (Concrete,
Subgrade, subbase, RAP & CRMB, Aggregate bedding, Gabbro bedding) and submit to
consultant for the Approval.
• Prepare and update the weekly & Monthly Progress Report Log sheet and Submit to the
Consultant.
• Prepare INR (Inspection Notification Request) for daily work Activities and Attach
with Checklists, Survey record sheets, Site photographs & Approved shop drawings
on submission time.
• Co-ordination with QAQC management team for preparing inspection and generation
of check lists for various construction activities.
• Closure of Non-conformance Reports raised by the consultants after rectifying the
works at site.
• Monitor the Subcontractors progress, and their compliance to the Projects Standards
and Specifications.
• Prepare & Submit the INR with work activity Checklist, Approved shop drawings, site
photography and 3rd party laboratory test reports.
• Prepare & update Material Inspection Request log.
• Prepare and update the Daily Progress Report.
• Prepare and Update the Prequalification Document & Material Submittal Documents and
submit to the Consultant for the Approval.
• Report Non-Conformances for the ongoing activities on site.
• Complying with QCS-2014 including Ashghal Standards where applicable.
• Ensuring of Quality & Safety of work as per international standards.
• Ensure to Submit on daily basis the Third-Party test records for all the tests performed
on site and inspected by the Consultant

• Reviewing the contractors progress at all times
• Prepare and update the Daily Progress Report.
• Check survey levels, alignment and setting out before every work activity.
• Monitor the Subcontractors progress, and their compliance to the Project standards and
specifications.
• Supervise the site, execution of pavement layers, drainage & structure works.
• Maintain Daily Progress & Inspection reports, submitted to the engineer.
• Observing the safety protocol to be followed at site all the time.
• Attending monthly meetings with government higher authorities and discussing the
current scenario of sites.
• Photography of progress works and submitting to higher authority for taking site
measures and advising for work improvement.
• Ensure that all materials delivered on site comply with the Project specifications,
manufacturer recommendations, and Clients requirements.
• Co-ordinate with site engineer, and contractor to ensure safety and quality compliance.
