 Duties and Responsibilities: Inspecting the execution of works as per the project specification, drawings and controlling the quality in accordance with the relevant standards, ITP'S and QA/QC plans. Conducting inspection as per approved inspection and test plan (ITP) perform, witness test, and record the result of the inspection. Implement main contractor's project specification, procedures, method statement, ITP. Prepare request for inspection (RFI) According to the Approved ITP. Monitor at the site the implementation of QA/QC procedures by the contractors, verify IFC drawings and scope of works, ensure that the work is done s per standards and procedures. Review mechanical drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary quality-related requirements prior to release for construction. Coordination with consultancy staff to site, office &sub-contractor to insure work as per contract specifications.
Attend all inspections at site and record-keeping of RFI'S also other compulsory documents. Verify and evaluate work, material deficiencies and non-conformance prior to raising NCR. Monitor all quality and material storage-related activities on the project. Participate in meetings to resolve technical and quality issues. Performs standards testing of smoke test, leak detection and continuity testing, pipes pressure test, dynamic and final flushing report for chilled water piping network. Perform all necessary tests and keep the records for handing over. Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environment analysis and inspection test plan and checklist based on specification of the project. Report to the QA/QC manager, control and monitor all activities related.
