• Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.
• Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.
• Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect.
• Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all Architectural correspondences.
• Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site
• Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.
• Give daily site report and issues that arises on site to CM/ Project Manager.

• Engineering calculations will be prepared for exact requirements.
• Architectural plan detailing, sectional details, typical detailing, detailed shop drawing for manufacturing Pre-engineered modular buildings
• coordinating and executing the list of job to be detailed in accordance with the line manager
• Check designs and details before submitting to Line Manager.
