• Work with the project team to design or renovate spaces to meet their standards.
• Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces
• Select samples, including flooring, light fixtures, and paint to be approved by client.
• Plan architectural detail and Drawings
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Travel to galleries to purchase artwork for spaces.
• Work with vendors on the selection of items and its specifications
• Negotiate prices with the vendors
• Plan and estimate budgets for projects.
• Submit drawings for approval by a consultants to ensure that the design meets building codes.
• Draw up floor plans and sketches.
• Contract out services to other vendors, including painting and carpeting.
• Supervise assistants who carry out their plans and perform administrative tasks
• Coordinate work schedules.
• Follow up with the project team to ensure design specifications have been met.
• Assisting with the project team to get Authority Approvals
• Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.
• Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.
• Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect.
• Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all Architectural correspondences.
• Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site
• Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.
• Give daily site report and issues that arises on site to CM/ Project Manager.
• assess the needs of the building and its users and advise the client on the practicality of their project;
• prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client;
• assess the impact on the local environment;
• produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications;
• specify the nature and quality of materials required;
• prepare tender applications and presentations;
• negotiate with contractors and other professionals;
• prepare applications for planning and building control departments;
• draw up tender documents for contracts;
• project manage and help to coordinate the work of contractors;
• control a project from start to finish;
• carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on time and to budget;
• resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
• collect the necessary data and details from the customer before commencing the design project
• support the clients about the designing norms
• Analyze their needs and should plan accordingly.
• Preparation of sample sketches in Auto cad
• Engineering calculations will be prepared for exact requirements.
• Architectural plan detailing, sectional details, typical detailing, detailed shop drawing for manufacturing Pre-engineered modular buildings
• coordinating and executing the list of job to be detailed in accordance with the line manager
• Check designs and details before submitting to Line Manager.
• Preparing the internal work procedures and produce reports accordingly

• Initiating and involving in preparing site actual dimensions
