Worked out successfully on different cost saving Projects ext, Inject printing implementation on Coopex Ant lice lotion, Mortein Liquid and Pharma OTC product Gaviscon.

Manage the issuance & record keeping of work permits documents and other records Works as a Maintenance officer at Ethical Pharma factory location (C-36).Responsible Electrical, mechanical & civil troubleshooting as an incharge engineering store. Projects Dettol liquid Area: Making, Installation & commission Dettol 10 nozzle filling machine Dettol Auto capper installation with smooth production Making, Installation & commission Dettol 1 Lit machine in packing area Projects Disprol Tablet Area: Installation of Amaj inkjet printer Blister Packing area. Projects Disprin Tablet Area: Installation of tablet elevator Line 1& 2 in Disprin CC area. Modification of 2 tracks to 1 track collector line and installation of inject machine in all packing areas. Projects new liquid line: Installation of commission liquid tank, pump, pri-mix tank & Sugar tank as per HOH Requirement. Repair of old rejected 2 nozzle filling machine and install as per GSMP.Modification in current filling machine and adjustment for 240 ml upsize GVL liquid Auto capper introduce in GVL filling area.
