• Managing the design process using commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness
and technical expertise;
• Supporting, understanding and advising to the requirements in the development of a
building design;
• Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice,
where appropriate;
• Oversee design progress against schedule and budget.
• Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.
• Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets,
cash flows and preliminary schedules

• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements

reasonable pricing is recommended for approval
