• Provide assistance to finance department in the closing of monthly accounts.
• Preparation of bank and cash payment vouchers on a daily basis.
• Maintain Cash Book and Bank Book.
• Collection of financial instruments and bank statements. This includes regular visits to bank.
• Maintain petty cash for routine activities and prepare cash count sheets on a regular basis.
• Stamping vouchers like PAID, Data entered and Data posted on the vouchers.
• Scan financial documents and assist the supervisors in the preparation of folders for monthly closing.
• Preparation of participant’s record for the disbursement of project activities payment.
• Perform other duties, as necessary and assigned by supervisors.
o Making the Accounting Statements.
o Making & calucating sales, expenses, recovery for the month.
o Analysis of ageing and credit period for customers.
o Co-operation in branch issues regarding management, controlling, staffing & HRM.
o Communication with higher authories on different issues/problems & for their solutions.
o Maintain the stocks and Arrangements of Stocks.
o Preparing the Installments plan.
