Job Description: - Technical manger
Site Coordinator
Project: Four Faculties& staff Housing - Umm alqura University- Makah (Total cost 1.8 Billion SAR)
# Duties:-
-Full responsibility for the preparation of architecture shop drawings faculties of the university and approved by the Consultant and amendments in order to suit the requirements of the site.
.
-Coordination between the departments of mechanics, electricity and civil regarding to architectural forms and function for all items.
- Follow-up to the implementation in the site for the interior and external finishing, rectifying any faults before continuing it, whether in the adoption or implementation or drawings.
-Preparing packages of all architectural finishes and study materials proposed by the consultant and the possibility of amending some of them and take the approval.
-Study project materials to produce material submittals& samples for approval.
-Study the contract, the BOQ and prices of the comparison between them and tender drawings to show the differences work price difference in favor of our company.
Projects coordinator in management of Royal Palaces, project:- five royal palaces for king Abdullah sons.• Review architectural drawings after receipt of consultative and coordination with the Project Designer and study the proposals before submitting them to princes.
• Preparing packages of all architectural finishes and study materials proposed by the consultant and the possibility of amending some of them and take the approval of princes.
• Study Offers subcontractors’ prices, make comparisons and choose the best suited for the implementation of the contractor or supply.
• Follow-up to the implementation in the site of the interior and exterior finishes in all palaces (external cladding for elevations and fences, hard cape, swimming Pools, Water features, industrial kitchens, pantries, Sanitary fixture, living areas, suites, bedrooms, Dining areas, wear drop, ceiling, painted walls, Floorings (porcelain, wood, rubber, marble), Jacuzzi, steam rooms, gym, laundries, aquariums, vanities, cinema, fight club, tents, metal works, aluminum works, wood works, marble, stone& granite works, lighting, … etc.)
• Preparing payment certificate approvals.
• Handling labor control & equipment functions
member in BIM team using Rivit - Senior Arc. for technical office c complete responsibility for all shop drawing with external and internal finishing works, starting with studying all the architectural drawings with the consultant drawings, preparing materials submittal and adoption of samples, in addition to studying sub-contractors offers, supervising the implementation, on site.
