• Played a major role in planning, implementing, and managing the transition of the project from Cost Plus to Lump Sum Turnkey
• Reviewed more than 200 MEP material and sub-contractor bids initiated by the general contractor and reported the fulfillment of the contracts, competitiveness of the prices, and the fairness of the bidding procedure to the client.

• Accomplished the project targets on time by managing and leading 50 internal site employees and 70 subcontractor employees working on site while allocating the required tools, materials and work permits for all teams
