Diversions, Road Safety precautions, Traffic control, Piling, Sandblasting, Scaffolding, Tunnels, Bridges etc. Inductions, Toolbox talks, Fire fighting Drills, Emergency Drills, Emergency evacuation, Safety Training, Safety Meetings, Risk Assessment etc. Achieved one million man-hours accident free.

From Nov.1999 to Dec 2004 Worked in ALEC, Abu Dhabi as a Safety Officer for TAKREER (OIL and GAS) Project RUWAIS client TECHNIP contractor PARSONS. Conduct HSE training courses for supervision and employees. Introduce and coordinates a system ensuring all new employees and subcontractors receive proper induction before work commences. Includes HSE rules, standards, procedures and that safety rules are handed over and acknowledgement signed for. Record all unsafe acts and conditions noted during their site visits, surveillance inspections, audits etc, for the immediate action and rectifying thereof. Co-ordinate daily weekly HSE talks by the supervisors with their respective work crews. Supply topics when required and ensure that required documentation is completed and filed. Participate and advise during incident/ accident or any other investigations and ensure that reports and documentations are completed and records kept. Co-ordinate all required training of personnel in Health & Safety aspects. Ensure that on contract completion all HSE documentation is returned to the company HSE Department for filing purposes. Conduct and report investigations into all injuries requiring medical treatment cases. Assist in the rectifying of reports sub-standard acts and conditions, violations and shortcomings by HSE officer. Giving Safety Induction for new welders, fabricators, Fitters, employees and others. Taking care in safety, scaffolding, tool box talks, and meetings with workers about safety and hazards precautions, First Aid, Medical Treatment. Jan 1990 - Nov 1994 : Worked as Safety Supervisor for Consolidated Contractors Company (C.C.C) at Ras Tanura for Ras Tanura Refinery Upgrading(RTRU) Project. Worked as Safety Supervisor in NDT & CCS, Dammam. Supervising workshop, workers, welding, pipe line works, fabrication, emergency, first aid, Preparation of statements, Reports, documentation, safety inductions, toolbox talks, fire fighting etc.
