Core Competencies, Responsibilities, skills & abilities
• Conducting internal Programs, Implementation of GMP, GHP, Quality,
hygiene/food safety, Health & safety, and environment.
• Vendor Audit/Kitchen Audit and supplier performance.
• Successfully implement HACCP and undertaken third party Audits.
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of food safety and hygiene standard
in the organization.
• Conduct a hazard analysis for each process and implement a strong food safety
management system.
• Implementation of PRPs, OPRPs and HACCP plan, SOPs.
• Regular inspection of entire premises to ensure compliance with food safety/food
hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Conduct internal food safety hygiene Audits and follow up on the corrective action.
• Ability to lead team members to understand and follow the continuous
improvement concept.
• FSSAI or Regular requirement adherence support.
• Manage, control, and review of documents and records of ISO 22000, HACCP,
FSSAI. Implement checklist department wise.
• Incident and accident reports (rejection, recall, and spoilage food report).
• RCA, CAPA (corrective and preventive action reports).
• MSDS verification of chemicals and other cleaning agents.
• Lab analysis for the raw material, water, and finished product.
• Chemical testing, Raw material inspection, packaging material inspection.
• Monitoring the canning process of sweets as well as quality parameters.
• Monitoring of new product’s trial and shelf-life studies of the same.
• Accomplishes production staff results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job
results and disciplining employees, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems,
policies, and procedures.
• Daily production planning and schedule staff allocation for target production.
• Online Monitoring & checking of quality & Maintenance of hygiene sanitation with
the checklist following SOPs based procedures.
