• Working to meet the needs of the company's purchases of materials involved in the production and procurement of the factory

• Getting offers and quotations and buying the high quality and the best price
• Activate the fair competition between suppliers which will reflect positively on the company.
• Create purchase order to suppliers and following up the process of goods arrival and receiving the goods by the store keepers
• Arranging with the accounting department to have all invoices registered on time and
• Clear all the shipments which we buy from international purchasing
• Prepare all needed documents for it, and arrange ensuring arriving the goods to the factory by dealing with transporters.
• Negotiating lowest prices possible with different supplier.
• Assuring most cost effective plan for purchase.
• Issuing Purchase orders and following up with suppliers until delivered.
• Analyzing different sheets and preparing reports for profit and loss control.
• Getting Prices for the chemicals purchase.
• Finalizing the orders & issuing Purchasing Orders.
