*Troubleshooting and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance
of industrial production machines and factory (buildings and utilities) .
*Planning and scheduling maintenance for machines and tools as time
based, hour based and according to importance and priority to reach to :
a- Increase the wrench time and kill losses.
b- Implementing the right maintenance for machines on time that will not
effect on production time .
c- Improve our manufacturing process by improve OEE regarding to
maintenance ( no downtime).
* installing and re-installing the production machines.
* follow-up the sub-contractors and maintenance contracts ( elevators,
generators, etc).
* dealing with store and request machines spare parts and keep the
quantity for all parts on hand .
* Development and improvement of production through matters related to
maintenance, and supporting productivity improvement department.
* Development of production machines to operate at the highest
productivity.
* Maintaining maintenance works according to quality and occupational
safety and health standard.

* Supervising the engineers and technicians who troubleshoot the
equipments.
* Implementing regularly schedule testing, maintenance, preventative
maintenance and calibration of equipment and creating works orders.
* Working close with engineering to resolve design issues.
* Maintenance, troubleshooting and overhauling of industrial machinery
(electrical and mechanical), and reading electrical drawings.
* Modification and development of machines to operate on plc and
microcontroller system.
* Supporting the operation team on all maintenance related issues.
* Dealing with customers, providing maintenance service, engineering
consultancy and bringing maintenance contracts.
