Responsibilities:
• Identifying and diagnosing and resolving network problems.
• Providing operational support and system administration for Mobily core networking infrastructure.
• Mobily DCs Installation, preventative maintenance, MDT and sites support.
• Identifying, diagnosing and resolving problems for Access Points, Switches and Routers for Mobily and STC public WiFi.
• STC DCs installation, preventative maintenance and SOC support.
• Deal with the customers to activate links (IP-VPN and DIA), Routers configuration and resolve their issues.
• Deal with Al-inma Bank branches, ATM, H/W, S/W and network issues.
