Follow up Sayegh Group global network, operations,
scalability, upgrades, monitoring, capacity planning and
availability of all network and platform systems
(connectivity, appliances and hardware).
Maintain, troubleshoot, install and upgrades LAN and
WAN Communication systems, which include hardware,
Software, access methods, VPN, and Protocols, Basic IP
Telephony.
Responsible for handling network, communication &
security devices such as routers, switches, firewalls,
wireless devices
Act as the principal administrator and ensure the
maintenance of the Organization’s systems, including
general computer support, software installations, license
management, server set up and management, network,
printers, audio/video conferencing and mobile phone
support, deployment of equipment, management of
inventories, disaster recovery, and periodic security
vulnerability assessments.
Provide ICT support and training to staff.
Configure IP Telephone - MITEL.
