Supervision of area office administration, management, with the help of strong coordination & liaising with the stakeholder successfully collected NOC from PDMA & FDMA, controlled all finances & grants, and project field teams, quarterly review and planning, , preparation of Terms of Reference for consultants and contractors of project, establishment of MoUs with Partners on activities and funding, preparation of Monthly Reports and Case studies, monitoring & evaluation of the activities and assessment and Identification of new projects. I have conducted detail need assessment of the area based on which different call for proposals were submitted.
(Advocacy & Community Capacity building Project)
Responsible for overall Supervision and Management of the project activities at district level, established strong coordination at district level project activities as well as liaison with district level relevant governmental and nongovernmental agencies, Guidance and support provision to field staff for implementation as well as regular reporting on project activities and progress, Supervised all survey at field level by developing of survey tools, data encoding, analysis and reporting, Developed monthly, quarterly and annual work-plan and reporting for field office and field units in consultation with project teams and ensure that deadlines are being met, Improved capacity of citizen through awareness raising campaigns/activities on different by laws of Pakistan e.g Right to Information Act, all developmental initiatives in field to bring voice to citizens to speak for their rights, bridge the gap between citizens and Govt departments through increase awareness for better implementation of by-laws, Developed of concept notes and mini proposals for new project with respect to needs e.g to overcome implementation gaps in policies.
(Livelihood, Protection & Health Project)
Overall responsible of the project by establishing communication with Director operations and Executive Director Facilitating Executing and Coordinating Procedures; the Project Steering Committee, Lead the project teams, Coordination and monitoring of the activities described within the work plan, Establishment of MoUs with Partners on activities and funding, Organizing and supervising the reporting activities to the Implementing Agencies and to the Project Steering Committee and ensuring adherence to the Implementing Agencies’ Administrative, Financial and Technical Reporting requirements, Day to day technical inputs into various project planning and implementation processes, conducted need assessment to make different proposals for the area and presented to donor, participated in different donors meetings.
Overall Supervision and Management: major tasks include:

• Coordinate and lead regional team at Nowshera District
• Responsible for all administrative tasks at the PIN

1. Project Planning and Implementation:
• Prepare weekly and monthly plans against the milestones set in WEE project document
• Monitoring the weekly plan during its implementation
• Submission of weekly plan before the next week starts (Friday)
2. Networking and linkages:
• Approach different senior personnel in different sectors (as for example corporate sector, businesses, education institution, telecommunication, etc.) as potential organization for placement of WEE graduates
• Arrange and organize network meeting with organizations to orient them with the objectives of WEE project.
3. Facilitation regional staff:
• Facilitate regional staff to be able to carry the WEE activities well in time keeping in consideration the short span of WEE project
• Facilitate Mentoring Coordinator and Mentoring Officer in selection of trainees and employers
• Inputs in training modules for trainees when and where required
4. Reporting:
• Submit daily/weekly and monthly reports to PM
• Document the learning and successes of WEE project in monthly reports or when ever required
• Making sure the data has been entered in database (developed by Care int.) in time
• Making sure the job portal is being used and trainees are updating their profile
5. Communication:
• Facilitate in developing promotional materials for WEE-project
• Organize information sessions and other promotional events with organizations
• Encourage local media to give appropriate coverage to events arranged by WEE
(Education Project)
• Consultancy in Implementation of literacy Projects for children by Baluchistan Education Foundation in Baluchistan and LDP Literacy Project in Bajour Agency in years of 2007 and 2009.
• The BEF project was to open literacy centers and produce training manuals for the teachers, identification of literacy centers, teacher for literacy center and formation of PTC in the target areas.
• It was a literacy project and the target area was Bajour Agency. To open 300 literacy centers for 900 students age of 5 to 14. My responsibility was to develop training manuals for teachers, procurement, recruitment, Planning, Assessment, data collection and weekly and quarterly reports.
(Over all Camp Administration)
Strengthened coordination with DCO, Commissioner, NGOs, INGOs & UNO for better implementation of project implemented by various organizations for IDP’s living in Jalozai Camp to avoid duplication, Identified volunteers and support to volunteer’s management, established proper complaint mechanism for accountability and transparency,
• Share the status of camp IDP’s with manager and their need assessment in the following areas:
Food security Health and hygiene Tents and shelter
Latrines and sanitation Water supply and sewerage Education
Security and safety Social activities and protection
• Monitor Formation of different committee’s in the camp for food security, livelihood, awareness raising, and WATSAN related activities of the different organization working in the camp.
• Assessment of available resources with in the camp and with present support organizations ( UN, NGOs, philanthropists)
• Monitoring of influx and outflow of IDPs and aid Good.
• Coordination with Donor Agencies, NGOs, INGOs, and Community regarding Educational Projects.
• Introduction of (Introduction Identification Practice and Review) Method in schools which, is the most modern curriculum designing method used by developed countries of the world.
• Introduction of Pre-Primary and Primary classes complete scientific Syllabus. Backed by strong school support program (SSP) including Orientation Workshops, Teachers trainings, Lesson Plans, Assessment papers, Flash cards, Remedial, Icons.
• Organizing Orientation Workshops for the Parents and Teachers regarding Syllabus.
• To actively involve all relevant stakeholders, and in particular children’s representatives into the standardization process.
• To define a set of Digital Competencies relevant to a child’s developmental needs
• Conduct community visits for monitoring of field activities for effective implementation and better utilization of financial/human resources.
• Have prepared the monitoring and project reports on bi-weekly and monthly bases.
Protection, Restoration & Rehabilitation Program
(Livelihood, Watsan, Capacity building & private houses and schools reconstruction Projects)
Being supervisor of the field office for livelihood, WATSAN and Reconstruction and Rehabilitation programme involvement in activities includes establishment area office, recruitment of field team members, management and coordination of field interventions with the support of 30 field staff, under supervision staff includes social mobilization team, engineers, finance, admin and logistic officers, participation in Partners Organization, assessment of damaged school and BHU buildings, established coordination and liaising, provide logistical support to the field office and mobile teams and ensure effective collaboration between the field teams and Livelihood Programme, overall management of all financial and administrative aspects of the field office, staff orientation and support on different field activities which includes formation of Village Reconstruction Committee’s, distribution of seeds, and identification of beneficiaries for food security and livelihood projects, overall responsible for monitoring and evaluation assessment studies in the area.

Humanitarian project established unified transparency and accountability framework by develop necessary tools, instruments for monitoring and evaluation of ongoing program activities and Partner Organizations performance, prepared and presented the periodical analysis based on data collected throughout the month to generate monthly, quarterly and other donor’s reporting, undertake field visits to monitor implementation of planned activities, arrange and conduct periodic planning and review meetings, record minutes and disseminate to all sections, unit and POs, conducted planning, coordination and monitoring of impact assessment study and review workshop, conducted preliminary assessment study of POs role in cost effective outputs.

Humanitarian project designed livelihood activities, initiated cash for work projects, establishment of coordination and liaising, ensure transparent accounting systems in line with Oxfam requirements, monitor and evaluation of project livelihood to ensure that resources are used in line with project targets, Represent Oxfam GB with all key actors, including government department, aid agencies, NGOs.
Worked in Programme Management (planning, Implementation, monitoring and Evaluation) in KPK and conducted Awareness campaign, Fund Rising Activities i.e. Zakkat & Hide Campaign in schools and other public areas, Opening of Bank accounts, shelters distribution, Organized medical camp, Logistics management of the camp, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the project.
