Company is the Authorized Reseller of Apple Products in Qatar
position in company represents Controling all Apple Products Activities (Orders, Sales, Maintenance) in different Company branches on different times.
Reporting to GM directly.
Responsible for all IT activities for Syrian Ministry of Tourism in central ministry and All other branches.
Reporting Directly to the Minister.
Participating in implement and developing in CMS ‘Control management system’ in Goverment Project for Ministry of Tourism in syria including:
- IT infrastrcture and Electroic Services related to E-Goverment Auotmated services.
- Collecting and databasing Data for multible entries(Cutomers, Employees, Partners)
- KPI ‘Key performance indicator’ as main measurment of performance in Marketing, IT, HR, and Supply Chain management using Balanced Scorecard ‘the project is under improvement and implementing until now ’.
- PSC ’Performance measurement system’
- DSS ‘Decision Support System’ Related to Branch managers and Minister.
My Participating in CMS system was in analysis and implemting for some procudres of the system Besides the administration apply for ready final procedures.
