Sales Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
The company work on supplying, repairing and maintenance for generators, with normal, compact and container types, in additional to canopies, mufflers, exhaust duct work for generators stainless steel with grad 304 or 316 or Black steel, rain caps, soot filters, anti-vibration pads, fuel tanks, and all necessary connections between generator and fuel tanks with black steel fittings and pipes also insolation rooms and electrical panel works with ATS, Synchro, and load management systems.
• Provide the customer with technical studies, assistance, data sheets, submittals, compliance sheet, quotations and invoices.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after sales support.
• Site visit for new construction projects, factories, stations and give offers.
• Presenting the company work and the facilities granted.
• Follow up with key customer and searching for new clients.

•Provide the customer with technical studies, data sheets, submittals, quotations and invoices for Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, & Architect products.
•Providing technical assistance and product education.
•Work on shop drawing, tendering and variation orders for the projects.
•Weekly routine meeting with vendors and discussion about products.
•Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
•Managing manpower and work’s feasibility.
•Coordinate closely with other disciplines: production line, delivery, quality.
•Site visits in order to supervise for the installation of company products in a
right way.
•Searching for new clients who could benefit from the company products and visiting them.
•Discuss different production alternatives.

Export Sales Engineer
The company work on manufacturing and supplying for all kinds of plastic pipes and fittings including Upvc, Cpvc, PPR, LDPE, HDPE, and GRP for different types, sizes and uses.
•Provide the customer with technical studies, assistance, data sheets, submittals, compliance sheet, quotations and invoices.
•Preparation for all transactions invoice, perform invoice and packing list.
•Coordinate closely with other disciplines: production line, delivery, quality to ensure that the production is in line with work orders.
•Preparing lectures and presenting company goods and items in a professional way in order to give the right idea for the responsible persons.
• Provide the customers with accredited certification of the product by the competent authorities. / WARS, ISO, SASO, NSF...and company profile including catalogues list of references and specifications of the products.
•Work in strategical direction and sales projection in order to achieve annual sales target.
•Continuous follow up with key customers & search for new clients and create a strong relationship with them.
•Work to cover sales potential in the region.
•Work to increase sales and clients by planning new sales avenue by focusing on buildings, utilities, infrastructures, irrigation, agriculture industries and water treatment projects.
•Travel and participate in three exhibitions one in sultanate of Oman big 5- 17 March 2013, and the other project Qatar 06 May 2013, and project Lebanon in Biel 04 June 2013.
•Exporting to Asia ( Lebanon, Jordan, Syria), Africa ( Morocco ), Gulf region ( Saltant of Oman, Qatar, Yemen), Europe(Germany) regions as per terms and condition of payment (Credit limit, LC, Cash deposit ) and as per agreed terms of freight ( EX-work, FOB, C&F)
•Exporting by land, sea, and airplane.
Additional experience details about my experience in export:
In order to realize LC you need to have all this documents:
1- Draft including LC number, date, value and payment method (example: 90 days after shipment date), drawee and drawer.
2- Commercial Invoice (signed commercial invoice one original and two copies, the original one should be certified by chamber of commerce)
3- Packing list (one original and two copies)
4- Weight list (one original and two copies)
5- Bill of lading or TCN (Truck consignment note), for shipping Insurance policy all risks and showing claims payable and LC currency.
6-Certificate of origin. GSP generalized system of preference form a issued by the competent authority showing goods exported to XXX (country name) or original certificate of origin ministry of commerce
To request for certificate of origin you should have:
1-Invoice (company stamp + G.M sign)
2-Packing list
3- Card and details for the factory and Industrial database.
4-Source authorization - chamber of commerce and ministry of commerce
