Verify the Accuracy of guest charges.

Reviewing and approving all invoices to be paid.
Supervising all regular accounting processes such as A/P and journal entries.
Supervising personnel cash payments such as vouchers, paid checks, annual leaves, allowances, catering, air tickets and other miscellaneous.
Recording bank transactions and preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
Checked invoices for discrepancies in price, quantity, and items … related to suppliers to ensure compliance with their contracts or (LPO's and MR's)
Follow up local supplier accounts and payments.
Ensure accuracy of compliance with accounting policies.
Review payroll for the purpose of ensuring accuracy.
Auditing supporting documentation for human resource and payroll sections.
Responsible for controlling payments of all suppliers, preparing reports, and performing other financial control tasks at the Site and reporting to the Western Region Finance Manager.
