-Train Cabin Crew in their responsibilities, as specified in the Crew Operations Manual, in areas covering, but not limited to Aviation Safety and Emergency Procedures, Aviation Security, Aviation Frist Aid, Customer Service, In-flight service and Up-selling, Senior Development etc. Train Cabin Crew of the actions to take in the event of irregularities and malfunctions.
-Design, produce and implement training programs and schedules for Cabin Crew; supervise their progress and maintain records of their performance.
-Conduct Internal Audit against ISARPS under company’s Quality Assurance Program
-Planning and briefing team members, providing information, assigning duties among cabin crew, managing the performance of the team, monitoring and evaluating team members’ performance, and providing feedback.
-Active line performance checking of crew. Imparting knowledge whilst training to enhance skills of crew. Evaluating performance and giving feedback.
-Maintain standards of quality and customer care. Provide assistance, advice and information to maintain the comfort of passengers in-flight.
- Providing instant support to our clients/potential customers to our sister company tape4backup.com, resolving their queries and complaints regarding purchase and inventory levels, product features and delivery status.
- Surveying the online market for the company’s competitors to keep our prices in tact and highly competitive against others. Preparing a daily report of this on MS-Excel and MS-Word and reporting it to the Head Manager back in the US.
- Preparing ‘price quotes’ and forwarding it to the concerned companies/individuals for initiation of purchase orders.
- Managing the administrative issues of the firm.
- Assisting the manager with the junior personnel’s issues in the organization.
- Arranging functions such as the graduation ceremony and in-house seminars for the clients.
- Assisting the marketing manager in introducing our clients to major organizations and schools in the city.
- Consulting/preparing potential students for pre-departure and pro-landing experiences.
- Helping students with all their study abroad procedures starting from first application to visa confirmation.
