* To prepare and review withholding report and employees’ salary deductions, rectify errors on weekly basis and e-file
statements on monthly basis.
* To resolve matters regarding sales tax and help in filing monthly/Annual tax returns of FBR and SRB.
* To participate in implementing new tax laws and regulations
* To play my part in resolution of issues relating to income tax, federal and provincial sales tax.
* To assist in tax planning and also perform advisory work.
* To prepare reconciliations for upper level management.
* To update record which includes exemption of tax on electricity bills as per tax authorities’ orders and to maintain
(SROs) compliance register.
* To prepare report of insurance premium payment and its claim.
* Actively participate in matters relating to marine insurance declaration, policy documentation and correspondence
with Insurance Companies.
* To parked the accounting documents in SAP (ERP) and also perform other assignments in relation to SAP-FICO and
MM Module.
* To process the vouchers for payment.
* To correspond with internal and external auditors and our consultants/advisor’s and resolve their queries.
