Role / Position: - Senior Architect | Leading (Tech. office & Construction Supervision).
Project Details: - KAFD is one of the largest construction sites anywhere in the world, and will include fifty-nine high-rise towers for both residential and commercial occupation. This self-contained 1.6 million square meter district will house retail, entertainment and hospitality offerings as well as 62, 000 parking spaces, all surrounded by lush, landscaped public open spaces all serviced by an ultra-modern light rail link. Dar Al Riyadh is involved in this groundbreaking development, supervising a large percentage of the project.
Constr. Value: 370 Million (SAR).
Duties: After the project construction activities were stopped for three years, it carried on again in 2019 with two main phases, (phase 1) which is the site preparation and (phase 2) which is the construction continuing.

Phase1: I had joined from the beginning till the end.
- HSE support: make safe works, assure the flowing availability (electrical panels safety requirements -typical floors edge protection - temporary and emergency lighting -temporary firefighting systems - dismantling scaffoldings and taking outside the site - storing the permanent materials - providing temporary bathrooms - housekeeping works for floors and facades from inside the buildings).
Phase2: Currently Responsible for all Architectural, Interior works and Landscape for (parcel 5.03):

Designer: Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG).

Use of building: Office, Residential, and retail.
Site area: 5679 m2.
Total built-up area (BUA): 57435 m2.
Office area: 17924m2.
Residential area: 13243 m2.
Retail area: 6792m2.
Levels above grade: GR+25.
Levels below grade: 5.
Building height: 105 m (between 86 and 105m).

Duties are including and not limited to:
* Leading and conducting full site supervision for all activities relating to architectural, façade, interior & landscape work.
* Leading all the Review to all submitted workshop drawings by the main contractor and façade contractor.
*Validating the dilapidation reports conducted by the contractor.
* Leading all the Review and releasing to higher management using SNAGR software to all submittals relating to Inspection requests (IR) - Inspection test plan (ITP) - Material approval (MAR) - Method statement and risk assessment (MSRA).
* Replying to all RFIs submitted by the main contractor and façade contractor.
*Issuing if needed and releasing to higher management:
Nonconformance report (NCR) - Site observation notice (SON) - Standard operating procedure (SOP) - Request for Information (RFI).
*Reviewing/ Auditing the Variation Orders (VO) requested by the contractor.
