SGH is listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange and is active in a number of fields; mainly O&G, Construction, Manufacturing and Contracting.

Heading a multi segment and multi location finance sector of the Group.
Responsible for a major reform in the Company, hired directly by the owners (KFH).
Reports to CEO and Board of Directors.
Financial Advisor to the Chairman (and Group Financial Controller) of a multi-segment USD 0.7 Billion diversified business among Real Estate, Hospitality, Education, Services, and Manufacturing Sectors.
Joined at a critical stage as the Group is going through a financial, managerial and administrational phases of restructure throughout all of the Group segments.
A role responsible for assisting the Board of Directors formulate the Group's financial and business restructuring scenarios, give recommendations on the best ones, manage banking transactions, execute and close deals with banks in relation to the restructure, and manage & supervise the financial aspect of the plan.
A role also responsible to Reorganize and Lead the Finance function throughout the Group and lead it through the Group's new phase of operations; that includes implementation of new systems, business processes and controls and train (directly or through delegation) other departments respectively.
Manages a large finance team at different locations that includes a number of segment financial controllers.
Reports to the Chairman and the Board of the Group.
Main achievements include building a group finance function and availing a USD100M loan for the Group's financial restructure purposes.
Group finance manager of a 10 segments business with total assets of $150M and annual turnover average of $75M.
The Group’s business is diversified among Investments, Trading, Contracting, Services and Manufacturing.
Works closely with Chairman, Managing Director and CEO for group strategy formulation and policy setting procedures.
