Manage BI projects for clients across the sectors, help businesses and organizations gain a competitive advantage by implementing information management, analytics solutions which provide the clients with business insights which enable them to optimize their operational performance. Designing and documenting business intelligence solutions, outlining technical requirements for projects, assisting the marketing staff in the sales process, consulting as part of a team with new clients, and working on the development of customized BI applications.
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services, Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with -product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
Providing technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision, through on-line/in-person sales efforts. Acts as a technical consultant.

* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Business intelligence consultant must has a knowledge of databases, as well as various BI tools like SAP Business Objects 3.1/4.0/4.1/4.2, QlikView and Qlik Sense, Knowledge of programming languages and experience in software development.
Strong communication skills are essential because BI consultant regularly deals with clients and their staff, as well as with specialists from related fields, including database developers and software engineers. To be successful in this line of work, BI consultant must be good at developing customer relationships, which is why strong people-facing skills are essential.
BI consultant must has outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and a good grasp of both the technical and business side of business intelligence. They must always keep up to date with the latest BI tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in production of RFP/RFQ.
- Assist with developing estimates and describing solutions during the proposal process.
- Design and build BI Solutions to meet customer specifications.
- Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to the product offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit
- Lead BI Solution engagements.
- Manage customer project expectations and deliverables.
- Deploy client solutions.
- Provide End-User/Customer training
- Support and advice on client deployments.
- Mentor junior consultants internally.
- Work on internal process design and development initiatives
- Gather analytical requirements from Business and translate into technical.

The primary function of my role is defining and implementing SAP-BO BI technologies and services to enable the analysis of data to support strategic initiatives and needs analysis - envisioning solutions end-toend, design, configuration and implementation of data warehouses, business intelligence applications, ongoing business requirements, building universe as semantic layer read from data source database, build the desired reports based on customer requirements.
Interprets data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends, Collecting and interpreting data, Identifying patterns in data sets and working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.
