Position Held: Blood Drive Coordinator / Holding a secondary position (Donor Manager)
▫ Main: Blood Drive Coordinator
▫ Develop an annual plan for blood drives to cover center needs and to increase the stock.
▫ Plan, organize, coordinate and monitor blood collection drives throughout Lebanon.
▫ Coordinate and communicate with LRC local branches and internal stakeholders.
▫ Management of staff and resources.
▫ Develop/Produce PR and media material for advertisement.
▫ Organize and implement non-technical trainings for staff and volunteers.
▫ Assess and evaluate blood drives.

▫ Job Achievements:
o Increased number of blood drives and blood stock by 2.5 times, by making contracts with NGO’s (DSC & MSF) that have the same purpose. I also targeted youth population by activating blood drives in universities.
o Cost Reduction: Reduced the consumption of consumables during blood drive, by updating and revising the SOP. The result was 50% cost reduction on consumables.
