Responsibilities:
1) Identifies, analyses, and drives problems to resolution, handling escalated to complex issues simultaneously while effectively communicating and engaging high level technical team.
2) Implement and operate various vendors routers and switches (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper and HP)
3) Implement and operate various vendors firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo alto and Fortinet Firewall)
4) Implement and operate various vendors WiFi solutions (Cisco WLC, Aruba and Cisco
5) Adheres to the agreed event management notification and escalation procedures.
6) Assists in testing, adjusting, and installing equipment to meet
provisioned request SLA’s.
7) Participates in executing systems maintenance plans to proactively manage reliability and service expectations.
8) Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide network users and to assist with the on-going operation, maintenance, and development of the network.
9) Executes troubleshooting methodology and root-cause analysis to resolve incidents and service requests.
10) Coordinates problem resolution, creates problem record, and determines severity and prioritization classification.
111) Configures, develops, integrates, implements and regularly maintains network solutions.
12) Supports implementation/deployment of network enhancements or new network designs.
13) Assists peers and utilities software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose problems and factors affecting network performance.

# Responsible for managing Umniah's IT Network infrastructure in terms of provide daily checklists, reports analysis for network performance to insure the availability of Umniah's data in Head Quarters, shops and data center. also provide needed technical support for IT infrastructure teams.

# Maintain Umniah's network connectivity between Umniah locations including Head Quarters, DR site and Umniah shops.
# Prepare New Umniah locations or data centers.

# Document procedures, policies and technical operations manuals.
# Secure business services and applications by maintaining data integrity, data leakage prevention.
# Manage incidents, problems, change requests based on ITIL best practices.
# Manage assets through maintaining their records.
# Assist senior engineer in managing and leading projects.
