Dr. Hourani's influence extends to leading both the Project Management and Training and Development
teams, comprising around 60 talented members. He has demonstrated remarkable expertise in the design
and execution of over 30 training programs, cementing his position as a Senior Trainer and Training Expert
Dr. Mohammad Hourani has driven transformation through his extensive experience in leading large-scale
National programs across Jordan, UAE, and KSA. He commanded a team of senior staff, including project
managers and task force leaders, skillfully communicating values, strategies, and objectives while ensuring
accountabilities are met. As a strategic mastermind, he spearheads the design and implementation of
robust M&E frameworks, tools, and reports to track progress effectively. Dr. Hourani's managerial acumen
shined through his adept handling of operations, optimizing management effectiveness through strategic
recruitment, training, coaching, counseling, and discipline. His expertise continued to be sought after,
evidenced by his continued role as the Professional Development Component Leader for the Jordanian
National Education Reform Support Program, where he provided invaluable educational experience and

Dr. Mohammad Hourani achieved outstanding results as the Program Manager of two prestigious National
High education Diplomas offered in four public universities in Jordan. His role as the Component Leader for
Professional Development in the ERSP program, a key personnel position, demonstrated his exceptional
leadership capabilities. Throughout his tenure, he adeptly managed all company operations, showcasing his
talent in staff recruitment, team building, and performance appraisal. As a seasoned leader, Dr. Hourani
successfully led a team of Project Managers, driving remarkable outcomes. His visionary expertise extended
to designing robust M&E frameworks and tools, effectively supervising their implementation and reporting.
His contributions were invaluable as he provided technical educational experience and advice, earning
