Develop appropriate tools for controlling project budgets and resources
Develop the appropriate tools to oversee and monitor all projects planning, Procurement and implementation
Plan and conduct general inspections and ensure that regular safety meetings are conducted on site
Review and document project progress, drawings, BOQ and specifications, cost report and provide inputs to prepare graphs
Review and document suppliers’ costs quotations as per BOQ and negotiate before submitting to the purchase team for LPO/sub-contractor
Monitor projects progress on a weekly basis with site Engineers and Manager
Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.
Checking approving of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site
Ensuring the quality work at site, Enforce rules, regulations, standards and procedures at site
Verify project variation orders with Sales team during execution and handing over stages
Validate the bills of suppliers and Subcontractors.
Forecasting the cash in & out flows for projects and make sure to achieve the same.
Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and client
•Set Project Budget & Cash Flows, monitor projects costs and ensure that they are well managed and properly reported to the different stakeholders
•Act as a facilitator if need be between the different stakeholders of a project to resolve any conflict and ensure a smooth and timely execution of the project
•Apply the Group’s safety standards in line with the International Standards and comply with Project requirements
•Review business and technical terms of contracting documents and support the Corporate Services Department throughout the legal review process
•Review and validate the project charter, plan, and resources as developed by the assigned project manager.
Accounting for engineering tasks to ensure they meet contract requirements
•Site coordination for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Fire alarm work at site
•Developing project-specific procedures for the work to be carried
•Conduct a tool box talk with supervisor & Subcontractors and plan the activities accordingly
•Coordinate between client and local authorities
•Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule
•Interpretation of drawings, specifications and field issues with subordinates
•Design coordination of small power lighting, HVAC, fire protection system and drainage system.
•Facilitating the manufacturing clearance to subcontractor for MEP materials and manage the procurement process of the same.
•Ensure delivery of in-house design required for power lighting works.
•Ensure effective coordination with HVAC, FPS and civil subcontractor by establishing proper correspondence and periodic meetings.
