• Worked with "KHARAFI NATIONAL", Kuwait, as a "Plant Operator" from 20 Jan, 2009 to 19 March 2009.
• Worked with "KHARAFI NATIONAL", U.A.E. as a "Plant Operator" from 20 AUG, 2010 to Till now.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Record the flow rate in all areas & monitoring the level of all storage tanks.
• Maintain the chemical dosing for lime, CO2, dil HCl, SBS, FeCl3, Anionic & Cationic polymer, Anti-scalent.
• Systematically monitor and record different process parameters such as pH, residual chlorine, turbidity etc. and report to the process controller.
• Arrange for all require laboratory analysis and test of the final effluent passing through the plant as to maintain proper efficiency in operation.
• Treatment and disposal of statutory quality standard products. Worked on Activated Sludge Process, Anaerobic digester, Sludge conditioning and Centrifuge plant (20m3/hr)
• Operation of primary, secondary and territory treatment of the system and maintain effluent water quality as per stipulated standards.
• Such as inlet works operation, Aeration control, clarifier, Re-circulation System, Filtration System, Chlorination System Etc
• Inspection of Mechanical Equipment and Large Electrical Panels. Handling of measuring instrument and Device.
• Keep proper record of operation and maintenance job.
• Ensure that all precautions necessary for the safety for personal and properly are observed
• .I have controlled Odor control unit to control the environment from toxic gas like H2S with three scrubbers with maximum of 20, 000 m3/day with total control from HMI.
• I have controlled NaOCl generation system with three cell racks. NaOCl systems typically generate a 0.8% sodium hypochlorite disinfection solution, a chlorine equivalent, using three common consumables: salt, water and electricity. Cell racks units range in capacity from 1 kg/day to more than 1, 360 kg/day.
To effect the purification of waste or sewage water as per regulation (Government Rule) so that its disposal can be done without any detrimental or harmful effect on receiving body or safe nature of the effluent for low Grade use or recirculation if any (Low Grade Use Means use for Agriculture)
EQUIPMENTS HANDLED: Pump like high pressure centrifugal, reciprocating, diaphragm and gear pump. Blower & Compressor. Rotary equipments like clarifier, bucket conveyer, agitator, elevator, and Induced-draft fan, Floating and surface aerator, Aspirator. Valves like gate, globe, butterfly, ball & check. Chlorination- system & Filtration unit (Pressure sand / dual media filter)

• Matriculation from B.S.E.B., Patna in the year of 1992, securing 2nd Division. • Intermediate from B.I.E.C., Patna in the year of 1994, securing 2nd Division.
