Mission :
* To coordinates the Upstream flow of Services Supply Chain End2End process, guaranteeing the on-time fulfillment of spare parts within the agreed SLAs to delight our customers.
* To serve as the lighthouse referent in this field.
- Principal tasks include:
* SAP procurement module's key user.
* Establish the circumstances and procedures necessary to provide world-class customer service.
* Orchestrate all supply chain stakeholders (BUs, Planning, Logistics, Vendors, and so on) in order to achieve customer expectations.
* Respond to escalations expeditiously and provide the best possible solutions and resolutions to customers.
* Provide long-term inputs for Issues Resolution (corrective actions, continuous improvements, etc.).
* Digitize processes and tools, increase efficiency, and promote better use by all stakeholders (e.g, Baxter, SAP, etc.).
* Improve upstream SC performance by developing a supplier base, using a continuous improvement approach for upstream KPIs, and conducting periodic meetings with internal and external suppliers.
* Responsible for the implementation of rules and principles of management of suppliers.
