- Duties:
• Execute all types of civil finishes including (building, plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings and wall finishes.
• Controlling the site and manpower to finish all works stages on the time.
• Insure health and safety requirements.
• Coordination’s and supervision sub-contractors.
• Assisting the construction manager in monitoring the works.
• Making reports as needed.
• Reviewing drawings.
• Controlling materials and ordering materials.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing new markets and clients • Making introduction of Post Tension system concrete and persuade clients to use and achieve all goals and bring all system’s benefits. • Supervision, training and supporting contractors. • Execution of Post Tension concrete as per agreements with the clients. • Quantity estimating.
• Support the senior Engineer.
• Supervision All Structural and Architectural works
• Making daily and monthly report.
• Monitoring of performance and productivity of the crew.
• Check plans, invoices, and update the progress schedule.
• Prepare shop drawings as needed.
