• Initiating and completing all applicable sections of the CLERK

• Providing and arranging all necessary resources related with performing the work.

• The coordination of work with other department for Planning, Schedule.
• Skilled in high volume work flow with creative problem resolution capabilities
• Provide technical direction and guidance to other junior members.
• Prepare receipt and inventory for daily basis carry out an accurate data.
• Effectively carry out the administrative and clerical tasks.
• Managing the inventory of stores, stock planning, check and verify the documents and Control on the stock movements.
• Maintain the filling system, office arrangement, Fax, Copying etc.
