My Job Responsibility includes but not limited to following

Monitor daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. To take appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment and materials.
Supervising daily steel fixing operation including steel cutting bending according to BBS.
Motivate the team and ensure all work are being done in accordance to the drawings.
Progress reporting to the site engineer and site management.
Coordinate with Engineering for programme and control and supervise the work to achieve the programme.
Reviews quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage.
Assign various tasks for site foremen per daily schedule.
Undertake team briefings to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.
Report on the scheduling of manpower / material movements for all aspects of construction activity.
Enforce HSE practices as stipulated in HSE manual

Projects : North Gate Shopping Mall, Al Faisal Tower, Doha City Center Expansion Project
WORK RESPONSIBILITY:
•Coordination with consultant and architectures. Satisfy client requirements according to their need.
•Supervising of a team of 5 foreman 5 charge hand and 85 skilled / Unskilled worker’s Excavation,
•Treatment of piling, Block work, backfilling, concrete blending, waterproofing work prior to raft foundation.
•Supervising and execution of Block work, plaster, tiles, marble works.
•Supervising and execution of steel, shutting & concreting work.
•Checking of pours at the site.
•Inspection of reinforcement & shuttering with MEP clearance.
•Coordination with client for approval of inspections.
•Inspection and testing of concrete materials like cement, aggregates, water, admixtures.
•Preparing documents like WIR (work inspection report) pour cards, concrete requisition, starting slip, Non - conformance report etc.
•Execution of overall Activities

•Layout of projects according to drawing.
•Materials and take off from approved engineering drawing.
•Support procurement for major Equipment and drawing.
•Startup, testing of material such as sand, bricks, block, steel, cement, concrete according to IS code.
•Supervising of a team of 4 foreman 6 charge hand and 62 skilled / Unskilled worker’s
•Interacting with consultant for day to day inspection of site work and obtaining approvals.
•Arrange mockup for various activities and obtaining approval from consultant.
•As - built corrections on the shop drawing.
•Ensuring execution and competition of project well with the financial budget and allocated manpower.
•Attending all level of technical meeting with project managers .
•Preparation of works schedule and progress report.
•Making bill of sub- contractors quoting the bills to the client.
