• Plan, Design, Dimension and optimize ICT infrastructure solutions to enhance ICT infrastructure components like storage, servers, backup & achieve, network, OS/DB/Virtualization licensing etc.
• Build project plans and implementation documents for large, complex, cross functional projects requiring substantial coordination with internal team members and Vendors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key Partners and Clients
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions
• Develop overall solutions and build ICT infrastructure documentations (HLD & LLD) covering rack layouts, solution diagrams, data flow diagrams, etc. for any existing or new IT project high-level design, statement of work, and bill of materials.
• Highlight project issues to senior management & makes recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain professional relationships with partners, and clients
• Responding and deep understanding of technical documentations, RFPs etc.
• Assist Account Executives with designing datacenter solutions and Cloud.
• Provide advanced presales support for internal teams for datacenter solutions and Cloud.
• Assist Account Executives with presenting solutions to clients.
• Attend key partner events and training sessions
• Maintain and update necessary technical certification requirements
• Virtual System Administration (VMware, Hyper-V and Cirtix)
• Administration private and public cloud with Zajil Data Center for Cloud.
• SAN Storage Implementation and configuration (EMC, NETAPP)
• Support for All Microsoft Infrastructure Products; McAfee Products, HP and Intel Server, Blades and Storage of NETAPP and HP.
• Managing and Maintaining Hyperconverged Solution (SimpliVity, Nutanix).
• Managing and Maintaining Cisco Servers UCS .
• Work with Backup Technology Commvault, Symantec and Veeam
