• Oversee and Managing Facilities Operation and Maintenance framework contracts and Projects falls under ITS and Tunnels Assets department within the organization (Contract, Staf, SOW, Budget, payment, Reporting, KPI & SLA, Planning, etc...)
• Developed and implemented comprehensive facility management plans of maintenance, security, cleaning, budget, Risks, construction, operational and improvements to optimize buildings and assets performance and lifespan.
