Internship Programme: Worked in all sections of the bank from customer care to credit section and attain knowledge about the overall banking operations;

♦ Resolved customer's problems regarding opening accounts, documents required to open accounts, and arranged meetings with the appropriate personnel.

♦ Worked with cashiers to manage day-to-day transactions, daily cash inflows and outflows, prepared daily cash inflows and outflows summary, and statements of available cash in the bank.

♦ Assisted account section in analysing daily weekly and monthly summary, operating banking software, maintaining manual ledger book.

♦ Assisted credit department in analysing customer's credit worthiness. Closely observed various rules, regulation, required information, documentation process in analysing a customer's credit worthiness, how they manage credit defaulter and procedure to reduce credit default rate.
