o Work closely with internal contacts to ensure stock flow from Distribution Center whilst improving productivity and managing operating costs
o managed and implemented new facilities with accordance to the current good distribution and storage practices(cGSDP), updated all supply chain practices, Warehouse management system and supplier agreements For CCC company.
o Develop, motivate, appraise and train over 100 employees, raising standards and implement KPI’s and department Objectives to align with company objectives.
o Responsible for freight, transportation & direct supplier relation with Third Party suppliers 3PL ( Agility/ Al-Dow)
o Review all suppliers contratcs to ensure proper incoterms and shipping modes are set.
o Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials
o Perform operational reviews of local / regional stocking facilities/warehouses, fleet.
o Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
o Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities
o Manage Inventory levels in order to maximise targeted service level objectives, optimise asset utilisation and minimise inventory investment.
o Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste and Minimize distress stock, or optimize customer service.
o Review stock turn Over, Contracts Orders and privaye stock to ensure optimum stock and as per required lead times.
o Capable of identifying slow moving/ dead stock and implementing strategic initiatives to liquidate the same.
