3. Directing market channel development activities and coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, retail and wholesale channels, quotas and goals to expand the company’s customer base by managing sales team.
4. Developing and recommending product selection, positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share and gross profit.
5. Ensure effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated sales budgets.
6. Managing staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
7. Regular follow up to finance offices of all Chain stores and to our customers to collect the due sales amount to avoid any delay in payment receiving.
8. Inventory control and Logistic Management; to make sure on time distribution of our dates items to our branches in Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah & Hufof, so that to have regular deliveries to all supermarkets and 100's of local shops through our distribution network.
9. Responsible to prepare annual sales budget based on quantitative and qualitative forecasting and to present higher management.
10. Assisting sales people maintaining relationships with key customers, how to get sales orders, negotiating on business agreements (listing fee, rebate, invoice discount).
As Assistant Manager of Grays Leasing I was responsible for the following and I was successfully handling the portfolio of 225-Million; Including - Industrial Equipments, Machinery, Appliances and Vehicles.
Responsibilities:
1. Scooping new companies and soliciting new business for Grays Leading Ltd. through telemarketing, by personal visiting and meetings with customers.
2. Due diligence of the marketed clients, and issuance of lease offer letter.
3. Negotiations with clients on lease terms and conditions.
4. Arrangements of business related legal documents for its credit evaluation to initiate lease proposal.
5. Disbursement of the funds to the lessee.
6. Follow up for recovery of lease rentals on monthly basis.

Enterprises was a pharmaceutical distribution network, which was dealing in pharmaceutical & surgical products, and about 15 National / Multinational companies were on the panel and was selling and marketing 100's of products of different companies (like: Life saving drugs, antibiotics range, different food supplements, and general items to 800 + retail stores in Lahore, and 1000's stores in other urban cities of Punjab.
