Managing the company’s portfolio of assets/investments, oversee operations and management in subsidiaries, oversee strategic planning of subsidiaries and ensure achieving objectives in annual plans through reporting and continuous interactive management meetings with subsidiaries GMs, responsible for developing and applying assets allocation strategies, member of the BODs of all subsidiaries (Colliers International- middle east, National Entertainment Company, Al Dafra Capital, Mainland Investment, Mafraq Hotel, Uptown investment), ensure application of best practices and corporate governance in subsidiaries (policies procedures, internal audit committees, remuneration committees, and others)
Managing company’s fixed income & equities funds.
Leading due diligence activities, negotiations and agreements for new initiatives, investment opportunities and business cases.
Closely managing cash flow of subsidiaries and funding requirements.
Legal and Management Accounting, Financial Planning and Reporting, & Projects Financial Management (Cost Estimation, Reporting and Control).

• Participate in the funding task force and preparing the Financing Long and Med Term Strategy.

• Deputized the Executive Vice Presented Corporate Support (Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, Corporate Communication and IS&T) during his vacation and leaves.
• Member of the ERP implementation steering Committee,
• Chairman of the Budgeting Committee,
• Leading a special task force to verify, valuate and establish assets register of Mina Zayed (Port).
- Responsibilities include; projects’ costing, budgeting and planning, cost control / invoices handling procedures, setting standards of periodic and special purpose reports for the project’s FEED and EPC phases.
- Member of the Financial Advisory Committee of Borouge II Project (>USD 6 Billion), the committee was mandated to advise the Board of Directors of ADNOC and Borealis on the optimum capital structure, funds raising strategies (Project Finance) and scenarios.
- As a Financial Controller; I was in charge of building and maintaining the Project’s Financial Models and the Financial forecast with close interfaces with all project’s streams (Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR).
- Member of the Borouge II project management team, which was in charge of coordinating between all functions and activities, and in charge of monitoring the monthly progress report. Reporting to the Vice President Projects and the CFO.
Responsibilities include; preparing & valuating private equity investment proposals, real estate deals, financial analysis and structuring, exploring new venture capital ideas and conducting due diligence, buidling complex Financial Models.
Member of a dynamic and flexible team which was the leaders in UAE market in developing projects, investment banking, and venture capital, in addition to financial advisory services to government and corporate sector in the field of privatization, mergers and acquisition, public offerings, private placements and financial restructuring. Projects experience include Abu Dhabi Ship Buidlding, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Oasis Leasing, Tabreed, Manasek (Al Ferdus Holding), ASMAK (Fish Farming), ALDAAR, National Science and Technology, National Proerties (Colliers), National Inspection (TUV)
Part of a team analyzing the business processes of the bank in order to reengineer the workflow around new banking software “KINDLE”.
The team consisted of Andersen Consulting and selected Cairo Amman Bank employees.
Main Tasks performed during the” Business Process Reengineering” (BPR) Project were:
Analyzing the current workflow and organizational structure. The analysis included:
Documenting the policies, regulations and current processes of the bank.
Obtaining a full understanding of the current problems.
Determining the time/unit as per product/service type.
Calculating the unit cost as per product/service type.
Understanding the current organizational structure.
Designing the reengineered organizational structure.
Preparing new transaction workflows and job descriptions as per the facilities provided by KINDLE.
Obtaining a full understanding of the reports provided by the new system, and insuring that they meet the requirements of management and the operations.
Preparing the training material for the new banking system and the future workflow.
Participating in presenting the training courses to the bank employees.
Supporting bank staff in on-the-job training and solving the different problems that have faced them during the implementation of the new system.
As a requirement for the Master’s degree program I passed through all the major Departments of the Central Bank of Jordan

Worked part-time during my postgraduate study at Quashlan Auditing Establishment, a local audit office. My main tasks included book keeping, preparing end of period financial statements, reviewing statements, financial consulting, preparing feasibility studies and providing tax consulting.
