- Developing the field operations procedures for all credit products.

- Responding the external and internal Auditors observations, comments, notes and concerns.
- Reporting the central office in West bank and head department in Jordan about all branches monthly performance.

-Assist the head department and central office in designing the credit policies, planning the department growth, and developing the department products.
- Designing the branch offices internal procedures and setting up of each branch office targets, coverage area.
- Developing the operations manuals of all department products, and keep it up-to-date, besides introducing the work procedures for each product.
-Supervising the work of department lawyers, and Data Entry staff.
- Managing and supervising all credit operations activities of branch managers and there corresponding staff.
- Assist in preparing the staff periodic reports and evaluations.
- Developing the staff productivity ratios.
- Assist the branch managers in preparing there branches monthly reports and evaluations.
- Leading the branch managers to improve the operational self-sufficiency of there branches and products, by reviewing their staff productivity and efficiency, trouble shooting of problems couldn’t be solved by branch mangers.
My most important achievements as next:
- Developing the system of field monitoring and work procedures with late clients, and bad debts
- Introducing and applying one system of documentations for client's profiles at all branches.
- Updating the operations manuals for all products according to the actual applied procedures.
- Planning and leading the branches in Jordan to become 100% self sufficient by the end of 2008.
- Introducing two new products in Jordan beside the Micro enterprise (consumer loan product (CLP) and Micro enterprise pulse (MEC+)).

Supervising the branch lawyer and following up all legal actions against bad debts, ( controlling risk).
Supervising the branch cashiers daily work, preparing surprise cash counts, monitoring branch cash flow.

Following up all loan management information system (updates and changes).
Follow-up all promotions activities and plans.
Disbursing loans for branch clients and checking all supportive documents.
Reviewing all clients' applications and related documents, discussing these applications with the Are Loan Supervisor, evaluating our client's needs and abilities.
Visiting all bad debts, coordinating with branch lawyer the follow up stages and latest actions.
Resolving clients complain and problems.

Ensure that approved borrowers comply with all the necessary legal procedures and complete their obligations to provide post-dated cheques.
Visit the business of the applicants to evaluate their assets, working capital requirements, reputation and reliability and makes recommendation as appropriate.
Follow up due and late payments with CEAs through group meeting and individual counseling in order to solve credit and performance problems in field.
Prepare monthly and weekly progress and performance report.

Supervise and Monitors the activity of the Credit Extension Assistance of Branch Office to ensure that they meet their work schedules, properly monitor their Clients and meet an acceptable standard.
Trains credit extension staff and provide technical advice and guidance through regular meeting and revision of their activities.
Reviewing all clients' applications and related documents, discussing these applications with the CEAs, evaluating our client's needs and abilities.
Visiting all bad debts, coordinating with branch lawyer the follow up stages and latest actions.

AMC (Ahli Micro financing Company) is a private sector Microfinance provider, which owned by AHLI Jordan Bank.
It was established in 1999, to start providing the small micro entrepreneur's a new financial product (Micro loans).
I was reporting immediately to the credit operations manager, and supervising a team of loan officers (usually 7) with one supervisor and one admin staff.

Analyze Project and Prepare the Cash Flow Form; put Recommendation for Committee Then Inform Client of the Decision and Date to Prepare Lone Agreement and Cheques.
Follow Up The Clients Payments And Cheques Collecting With Bank To Ensure High Repayment Rate.
