➢ Professional Experience
• Assign, direct and supervise all work performed by personnel under my supervision.
• Continuously monitor production progress and when necessary reassign personal for efficient utilization of manpower or request an amount of overtime required to meet schedules.
• Determine that all work performed in accordance with methods acceptable by QA Department, Engineering, Company policy, Applicable Government Agencies and the Manufactures as contained in the approved maintenance manuals.
• Initiate requests for purchase of parts, row materials and composite materials required.
• Certify the airworthiness of all aircraft, parts, and repaired, local fabrication.
• Ensure that the production quality and quantity meet the standard.
• Ensure that the conduct of assigned personnel is conformance with requirements and report all infractions of regulations to his superior and recommend disciplinary action.
• Control composite material storage and prepare materials which are stored in freezer at -18c or below.
• Improve and develop his Shop function.
• Control employee attendance, vacation, sick leave, tardiness and overtime.
• Ensure employee compliance to safety rules and recommend additional or revised rules as necessary.
• Fluent In Office Management.
