Drawings Issued with Respect to Bill of Quantities. As Well As Actual Quantities as Per Item Wise
Executed at Site.
Exercising On Variation between Standard Quantities & Actual Quantities.
By Doing the Rate Analysis, Submitting for Rate Approvals to the Client For The extra Items.
Preparation of Monthly Reconciliation Statements for the Major Materials.
Physically Checking the Stock of the Major Materials Comparing With Respect To Reconciliation
Statement.
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test
results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent
materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR
and Site Instruction.
Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, thorough knowledge of all
phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing
the multidisciplinary operations.
Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental
analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
Assistance with IS development.
Allocating work to subcontractors.
Preparation & Submitting the Monthly QUALITY REPORTS.
Construction of Residential Apartments.
