Sales Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support our existing customers and secondary to acquire new commercial, industrial and
institutional projects and accounts by developing relationships with owners, facility manager and
management companies.
• Develop sales leads, qualify prospects and make sales calls.
• Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the
customers’ needs.
• Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins.
• Ensures that projects have permit drawings and have been engineered to meet current codes,
utilizing outside engineering support when needed.
• Perform complete and quality turnovers with project management after sales to support a
successful job completion that meets scope definition and projected gross margins and customer
expectations.
•Scouting best practices from the market and cross reference them with our operation.
•Expertise in setting up & expanding Service network and Authorized Service Franchisees
•Provide timely feedback for product quality improvement.
-Engineering supervision of the installation works for most of air conditioning systems
and handing over to the consultant or owner professionally, which includes the choice
and follow-up of the purchase of materials and work schedule.
-Technical Support for sales engineers and preparation of installation quotations for
projects.
- Perform needed analysis to select the most appropriate units to the client
requirements.
- Prepare drawings detailing the system designed (ductwork and piping layout.)
- Prepare installation estimation for all types of project.
- Determination of project scheduling requirements, manpower requirements, and
project budgets
- Financial Analysis Before and After Installation works at site.
- Ensure There is no Differences between the project material and Drawings.

Duties:
*Preparing material submittals for the project as per the specification and follow up with
the consultant in order to get the required approval.
*Preparing the shop drawings for the various mechanical systems prior to start installation
on site and make sure the coordination to be done between mechanical and other services
to avoid any clashes in the site during work & as built drawings in later stages of the project
*Follow up the work on site and make sure that the work is done as per approved shop
drawing, specification and as per the time schedule.
*Handing over the work to the consultant after checking that it has been done as approved
shop drawings and specifications.
*Starting preparation of the documents required for the testing and commissioning of the
systems and the operation and maintenance manuals which will be handed over to the
maintenance team of the project.
*Directly responsible for the safety of all mechanical groups personal of the project by
ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety,
sanitary and environmental standards.
*Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Central HVAC Systems using appropriate instruments to
ensure the optimum performance of the system.
* Check the operation and the efficiency of mechanical systems.
* Write all recommendations need to ensure the optimum performance of the system.
* Ensure There is no Differences between the project material and Drawings with prepare
project closing report.
