• Managed the M&E team within the employment hub department.
• Designed new procedures, and processes for employment hub activities to make digital transformation and make it a paperless environment.
• Developed and gather Business Processes from Employment Hub (EH) System stakeholders to be implemented to the EH system and added to the SRS document.
• Developed, and implement new monitoring and evaluation criteria for employment deliverables for all LTUC projects by coordinating with PMOs to meet donors’ (USAID, UNICEF, KW, etc.) requirements.
• Developed a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gather for each project.
• Arranged and monitor training session schedules for the employment hub system.
• Report employment hub system training status for all stakeholders (Number of trainees per donor, per project).
• Monitored and evaluated department training courses to find the gap between market requirements and the course objectives, and give my recommendations to redesigning the courses.
• Generated weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for each project to be presented to all project stakeholders. (i.e. Students Vs. Graduates).
• Designed and conducted surveys to gather employers' and students' feedback about our employed students and our training courses.
• Analyzed the survey’s results (qualitatively and quantitatively) and present the outcomes along with recommendations to other related teams and top management.
• Developed different dashboards for presenting purposes using excel, after gathering the needed data from CRM, SIS, and other LMSs.
• Monitored Employment Hub Systems, and support other departments for any inquiries.
• Monitored data integrity between systems (SIS, Employment Hub, and CRM), as part of a data cleansing project.
• Worked on Impact Analysis Project for Luminus, to evaluate the KPIs and Activities, and make sure they meet the organization's objectives and mission statement.

Active participation in Weekly, and Monthly business reviews and other applicable client meetings

Managing training unit by handling Pre-Sales, training operation and execution, and after sales requests, financial costs for all Exceed’s branches. (UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, Oman)
• Manage training projects for all sectors from initiation phase to the closure by creating budget, resource allocation, monitoring execution and budget, and compare between baselines of projects, submit regular reports to project stakeholders.
• Writing technical and financial proposals.
• Control and monitor training unit costs and revenues.
• Prepare, design and develop the training materials that fit the training requirements to make it user friendly material.
• Generate needed reports, creating the training records, earning the service revenue by using CRM system.
• Follow up on training pipelines with sales team and give the needed support to meet the training unit target.
- Prepare Annual Training Plan for Progressoft departments to cover internal training needs.
- Make Training Need Assessments by coordinating with department managers.
- Conduct training sessions for all ProgressSoft products internally and externally that mainly serves financial and banking sectors with different approach (Instructor Led Training, Webinar, Train The Trainer) - (on site, In house) - Bilingual Delivery.
- Prepare training plans for all products, and publish it on the site to share it with customers.
- Irregular visits for customers, based on customers’ requirements, for consultancy.
- Write the needed materials in a technical language, before training phase in each project.
- Evaluate Instructors’ CVs to guarantee the quality of training and reduce the gap between training needs and the delivered topics.
- Follow up with training centers during and after the training sessions, by having regular visits, conducting post assessments and evaluate the ROI results.
Other Duties:
Deputy for Training Manager:
Handling all Training Tasks during the absence of training manager.
Attending Board Meetings to discuss training issues, and training phases for each project.
Handle the sales cycle from introduction to closure.
Maintain and improve the relationship with the existing customers/partners
- Develop the Business Plan for Company based on these products (Microsoft, Trend Micro, and Graph
east) for 2010.
- Develop the company profile, and the contents of company Website.
- Design a new Layout for Sales pipeline. .
- Follow up with Account Managers to smooth the sales processes to close the deals, and coordinating
with vendors.
-Arrange to held events for Oxygen’s products by coordination with marketing agencies.
-Prepare small training plan for staff.
Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can
benefit from our Company’s services
Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
Build referral and lead generation network
Develop the corporate brand strategy
Teaching AllMicrosoft Office Applicationcourses- Arabic/English Delivery:(Office 2003, Office2007, MS
project 2003 & 2007 & 2010, MS Visio 2003 & 2007, other customized courses) for different sectors in
Qatar.
Make the students reports (Appraisal Reports).
